INGREDIENTS
- 1 packet Medifast Chocolate Chip Pancakes
- 1 packet Medifast Maple & Brown Sugar Oatmeal
- ¼ cup powdered peanut butter
- 2 tsp ground flax seed
- ¼ tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
- 3 Tbsp toasted, unsweetened coconut flakes
INSTRUCTIONS
- Stir all ingredients together in a medium bowl until thoroughly mixed.
- Form mixture into balls of whatever size you would like. Roll each ball in the coconut flakes. Store in an airtight container and refrigerate.
2 Servings: 1 Medifast Meal, 1 ½ Condiments, 1 Optional Snack, 1 Healthy Fat
